Since 2005, Adhering to the ""Sincerity, Quality , Service " " motto, SHEETWELL have been growing fast, from a small sheet metal forming factory, into a large international complex metalworking enterprise, metal products sort expanded from producing simple sheet metal component and parts, cabinet, box, cap, enclosure, to complex assemblies, cover most mechanical industries and general commodities. Our aim is to become the world's outstanding supplier of OEM sheet metal products in near future.
Nowadays, we are able to process metal parts, with stamping, sheet metal parts of the precision stamping, continuous stamping, deep drawing stamping , CNC turret punching and automatic robotic bending, CNC laser cutting, robotic welding, electrophoresis, anodizing, powder coating, mold processing in the four-axis machining center, precision walking wire cutting and conventional lathe processing, milling, drilling, grinding, riveting and tapping,design and making stamping and punching die and tools.
Factory is located in Shanghai, Nanxiang industrial park, convenient transportation to Shanghai port, largest export port in China, as well only 15 minutes’ drive away from Shanghai Hongqiao international airport. We have 7 metal workshops, 1 finished products warehouse and 1 office building: Metal cutting and bending shop, Precision sheet metal punching shop, Metal press stamping shop, Welding shop, Lathe and drilling shop, Deburring and Polishing shop, Assembly shop, and other comprehensive multiple production workshop. We can process most technical materials such as iron and ferrous metals, stainless steel, Bronze ; Brass, copper/ aluminum / titanium and other most nonferrous metal alloy.
